Woodie Andrawos
Woodie began his career in the alarm industry in 1992 while pursuing a degree in Computer Science, working with the National Alarm Computer Center (NACC). In 1996, he was named Vice President of Finance, overseeing the company’s acquisition strategy. NACC acquired over fifty fire and security alarm companies during his tenure. The company was sold in 2001 and later became part of ADT.
Following the sale of NACC, Woodie co-founded National Monitoring Center (NMC), where he played a key role in building the company’s monitoring infrastructure and managing operations across multiple departments. He was appointed President in 2013.
In 2018, he led the merger of NMC with Ireland-based Netwatch Systems, creating the Netwatch Group. The combined company, backed by private equity, introduced a recurring revenue model built around proactive video monitoring, supporting growth opportunities for independent security dealers.
Woodie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s in Software Engineering from National University. He resides in Southern California with his family.
